Tempa was born in a Birmingham Hospital on Wednesday 4th December. Only an hour after being born, her father Long John, uncle Bassman and godfather Micky Finn visited her at the hospital. On arrival her father placed his Walkman headphones on her ears and there and then she fell in love with the music.
Over the coming years she has learnt the trade and gained experience in the drum & bass scene, accompanying her father and her uncle to nearly every national and international booking while completing her degree in Theatre and Professional Practice at Coventry University.
In 2018, Tempa stepped out of the shadows and donned her headphones to make her debut appearance on “Rough Tempo” Lady Vdubz Show.
Since her debut performance on Rough Tempo Tempa has performed in cities all over the UK and also performing in Thailand.
Over lock down period Tempa has worked with many brands the biggest one being the ‘Drum n Bass Awards’ livestream, participating in streams for breast cancer (Pink Ribbon) and ‘Hate Racism Love Music’ along with many radio appearances and private functions with her uncle Bassman.
